My name is Tanya and I’m a photographer. I wanted somewhere to put all my dark, strange and not-so-socially-acceptable photos where they could ALL be seen without having to be restricted to people logged in to whatever-website or who have ticked a million boxes to say that they’re happy enough to see non-work-safe images.
The images contained within this site are artistic photography and all models are over the age of 18 at the time of shooting. Due to the nature of the subject matter of some of the photographs, they are not suitable for younger audiences or those of a sensitive disposition (consider yourself warned!).

- GET PRINTS AND BOOKS-
If you’d like some Violently Beautiful photos on your wall (and your fridge and your table…), you can buy prints of the pictures on this site (and lots more) through deviantART. You can preview and buy the first official Violently Beautiful book at Blurb.com. There are two versions available; a 7×7 inch paperback Original Edition and an 8×10 inch hardback Deluxe Edition. Both books contain the same number of pages and same images, but the deluxe edition is bigger to there’s more photo per page.

If you think Violently Beautiful sounds familiar or you arrived here from a link on the website of a model who isn’t listed on the right hand side, it’s because VB did exist in a previous incarnation a couple of years back. It was an alt model profile site where lots of lovely ladies showed off pictures of their fabulous selves. I shut down that site but held on to the domain name for future use, and the site you’re looking at right now is that future use.
There’s also a group on deviantART.com called ViolentlyBeautiful. I had originally signed up with the name cause I figured I’d probably use it one day, but since I never got around to doing anything with it, I donated it so it could be home to an awesome horror photography group.
